Can you serve your own alcohol?

Per IL State Liquor Laws, all alcohol must be served by a Basset-certified bartender. We will provide experienced bartending staff to ensure an excellent experience.

Can you bring in outside food or does it have to be from a preferred vendor?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in any outside food! We do not have a preferred vendor list, but we can recommend some amazing local businesses that offer catering. Included in your rental will be access to a warming oven and refrigerator.

Can you smoke on the rooftop or inside the building?

We are a completely smoke-free building, including the rooftop. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and vapes.

What are the parking options?

Foundry/FP does not have a parking lot. Street-metered parking is available on Madison Street, and a public parking lot is located at Constitution Court, (next to old Doc Ryans).

Can you decorate, bring in a balloon arch, or add other festive touches to the space?

Yes, every rental includes a free half hour of setup and a free half hour of breakdown time. We kindly ask that no holes or permanent damage be made to the walls. If extra setup time is needed, we offer an early setup for $75 for each additional half hour.

Can you have a DJ, a live band, karaoke, or other forms of live entertainment?

Yes, we allow entertainment on our 1st floor, but The Village of Forest Park must approve it. There is no application fee, and we will apply for the permit on your behalf. Per the village ordinance, entertainment must cease at 11:00 PM.

At this time, we do not allow live entertainment on our rooftop, but we do provide speakers that you can connect to.

In lieu of a DJ, can you stream music?

Yes! We have a 5-speaker Sonos system that you can connect to via our wifi to stream Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, and other music apps. We also offer portable speakers and microphones that can be used on the other floors.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept Zelle (info@foundryfp.com), cash, check as well as debit and credit cards, please note there is a 3% processing fee for all cards.
